John has served as our President, Chief Executive Officer and as a member of our Board of Directors since June 2013, and previously served as our Vice President of Market Development.

Mayra began her career with the company in 2007 as the Regional Trainer for the El Paso market. In this position, she developed best practices for training store level team members on standard procedures and best in class customer service. In 2010, she joined our HQ team in Tucson to continue her training efforts as Director of Training and Development. Her in-depth knowledge of day to-day operations and ability to strategically execute standardization have been key to the successful growth of the organization.

Jed has served as our Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer since July 2019. Prior to joining Mister Car Wash, he served as Senior Director Finance, Assistant Treasurer at Yum Brands, Inc. from May 2016 to July 2019, and as Chief Financial Officer at the KFC Corporation from October 2014 to May 2016.

Lisa has served as our Secretary and General Counsel since August 2015. With over 30 years of legal experience, she provides legal and strategic advice to the board of directors and management on business transactions, financing, litigation, risk management and regulatory compliance.

Casey has served as our Vice President, Corporate Development since September 2017. He previously served as Director of Acquisitions from September 2013 to September 2017, and as the Corporate Development Manager for Sonova Holding AG from February 2010 to August 2013. Casey received a B.A. in Finance from Drake University.

Joe has served as our Senior Vice President, Operations since March 2020. He previously served as our Vice President, Operations since December 2016, and has also served as our General Manager, Regional Manager, and Division Manager since 1998. In his current position, Joe oversees our operations leadership team and helps guide them in the standardization and optimization of our daily operations. He is also an integral part of our acquisition process, in the onboarding and mentoring of new leadership teams.

Anna is Vice President, Human Resources and began her career with Mister Car Wash in 2016. She and her team work to elevate the employee experience with innovative programs that enhance their wellbeing in and outside of work. This includes, but is not limited, to benefits, employee relations, payroll, talent acquisition, and compliance. Anna and her team focus on taking care of our people so they can take care of our customers. Prior to joining Mister, Anna was Director of Finance for a Fortune 500 global technology company overseeing various finance and accounting functions. Anna brings experience in building highly-productive teams by aligning people with positions that fit their skills, and creating efficiencies through technology and process improvements. Anna holds a B.S. in Business Management and has over 10 years of experience in human resources management.

Jill joined the Mister Car Wash Team in 2020 bringing 19 years of experience in marketing and communications having worked with top brands in the restaurant industry. She now oversees Mister Car Wash’s marketing efforts including marketing communications, marketing technology, and the brand’s subscription-based membership program. Prior to joining Mister Car Wash, Jill served as Senior Vice President of Marketing at QDOBA Mexican Eats and led their creative, media, loyalty, product development, and CRM efforts. The focus of her work was leveraging both marketing and technology to develop the appropriate strategy and subsequent initiatives to create a relevant brand experience. Before joining QDOBA Mexican Eats, Jill worked at Jack in the Box, Inc. holding various leadership roles in field, product, and integrated marketing, as well as menu strategy, innovation, and growth. Prior to her work in the restaurant industry, she held various marketing roles in the financial sector. Jill received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing Management from the University of Kentucky and graduated at the top of her class with an MBA from California State University, Sacramento.

Lauren began her role as Vice President, Information Technology for Mister Car Wash in December 2017. Lauren is responsible for partnering with the business to set strategic direction that leverages information technology to achieve business goals. She leads a team who supports the IT needs of all stores as well as corporate staff, implements and maintains current systems, and strives for maximum up time and stability of the computer systems and networks. Prior to joining Mister, she served as Director of Enterprise Technical Services at the University of Arizona where she managed several facets of IT, including enterprise applications, windows infrastructure, mobile development and enterprise cloud services. Lauren graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and she holds an MBA from City University.

Ryan brings over 20 years of industry experience to Mister Car Wash’s development and construction team, having held various leadership roles within the company since 2012. His expertise covers all areas of car wash operations as well as project development and strategic planning. In his current role as Vice President of Development and Construction, Ryan’s drive and passion for innovation in the industry have played a part in the new build growth at Mister. He oversees all aspects of greenfield development, including project management and execution, process improvements, and managing partners across a national network. Ryan has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration in Management from Texas Tech University and currently serves on the Southwest Car Wash Association Board of Directors.

Sarah has served as Vice President, Development Planning since 2019. Since joining in organization in 2002, Sarah has played an integral role in the company’s success serving as our Vice President and Director of Integration and Director of Marketing. Sarah works to elevate the Mister Car Wash brand experience in newly acquired markets through integration process planning and implementation. From due diligence through business plan development and execution, she maintains keen focus on creating a seamless transition for newly acquired and recently built locations into the Mister Car Wash portfolio. Sarah is a graduate from Auburn University and holds a B.A. in Marketing.

Tim has served as Vice President, Operations since 2020. He joined the Mister team in 2011 through an acquisition in Missouri as a Regional Manager, with a history in the car wash industry for the past 21 years. He previously served as Regional Manager, Division Manager and Director of Operations.
